As a business owner/manager have you ever asked yourself the question “who can I get to do that for me?” or “ What can I do about that?” This is the point at which our clients give us a call. Regularly we find that our clients have nowhere to go to discuss their ideas or plans. Nobody to use as a sounding board or to ask for advice.

It is common for a business owner to have all the answers he needs, though he may be unable to focus on the correct one at a particular time. In a larger business there may be an entire board of directors with which to discuss plans and objectives. As an Owner/Manager, or entrepreneur our clients may be leading the whole enterprise, with everybody looking to them to have the answers.

“ Partners for Improvement” really does describe what we do. Our clients range from very small business to larger companies with specific improvement issues in certain areas of their business.

Over 35 years of management experience gained in a variety of companies, from small to large and covering a wide range of industries means that our team have an unusual breadth and depth of skills and experience. In recent years we have used these skills, within client companies and independently to assist a wide range of people with a wide variety of improvement projects.

A fresh pair of eyes can unveil a whole new perspective on a specific issue, or issues. We have assisted with such a wide range of assignments, from interim Director/Manager placements, to transport management assignments and other temporary placements, even with finding operational staff such as drivers and warehouse/production operatives.
